• Certified Fire Protection: This riser door is 2-hour fire-rated, tested for integrity from both the front and rear up to 2400x900mm. It meets the standards of BS EN 1634-1: 2014 + A1: 2018 and is covered by Fire Certificate Number 503796. For added fire safety, the door is also equipped with intumescent seals.
• Durable Construction: The riser door is built with a 1.2mm thick Zintec steel door leaf and a 1.5mm thick frame, offering strength and durability for wall applications. The metal-faced door provides a sleek, professional appearance, suitable for various settings.
• Picture Frame Design: Featuring a 25mm-wide picture frame, the panel offers a clean and aesthetically pleasing finish that blends seamlessly with surrounding walls.
• 3 Point Locking System: The door is secured with a 3-point locking system using a simple square key budget lock, ensuring enhanced security. Other lock options are available upon request for bespoke needs.
• Smoke Tested: In addition to fire testing, the panel has passed smoke tests in accordance with BS EN 1634-3: 2004 and is covered by Smoke Certificate Number WYC504480, providing additional protection against smoke infiltration.
• RapidFit Hinge System: This panel is supplied with the RapidFit hinge system, which significantly reduces installation time compared to traditional hinges. The spring pin hinges allow for easy door removal and reinstallation during fitting.
• Powder Coated Finish: The panel is powder coated in RAL 9010 with a 30% gloss finish as standard, providing a clean, professional look. Additional RAL colours are available on request.
• Installation Guidelines: For installation, ensure the structural opening is 7mm larger than the panel size. The RapidFit system allows for easy door removal during installation. After positioning the frame and securing it with screws, apply Mann McGowan Pyromas A Intumescent Sealant around the frame for fire protection. The door can then be reinstalled and locked in place.
